Struck on listening his few great rare albums, in 2012 I decided to write a real biography on him. Very few stuffs are available - first of all the excellent writings by Duncan Heining and Richard Morton Jack - but my challenge is to go more deep in some obscure facts of his short very controversal life. For this I need the help of everyone who knows something about Mike.
